The Portal
The Go Green customer portal is an online, interactive, resource to support our customer’s business in waste management efficiency. The portal blends user friendly design, with powerful reporting tools to ensure that customers have the information needed, in an accessible format.
Developed in house, over the past 10 years, our portal has grown from a simple reporting system to a fully featured, online waste management information tool. Our development team, based at our Doncaster head office, have taken feedback from over 200 customers to craft reporting, document management, and invoicing tools that work for everyone; combined with a beautiful interface, the portal makes waste reporting simple.

Wastelink App
In our ever more connected world, it’s become an expectation that you should have access to everything you need from a single device. Go Green understand this need and our recently launched WasteLink App does just that. WasteLink gives our customers, and their teams, a direct connection to Go Green’s internal systems, allowing on the go waste movement bookings.
Customers can easily view a list of containers on site that are available for booking and send the request in just a few taps. We send you updates by text message and give you options to chase ETAs or call the team. WasteLink, as a platform, is available both as an app and online but provides the ability to switch between the two as needed.

API’s
Our System Integration API allows Go Green to link directly into our customer’s operational management software. This means that you don’t have to wait for information or reports, it’s all there in real time. Through utilising this API, customers can save precious time and money, whilst making their operations run efficiently.
