Roger Wells

Managing Director

Roger has been with Go Green from the beginning, starting as General Manager in 2001. He developed the framework and structure of the business, where those fundamental principles remain.
He moved to Operations & Compliance Director in 2004, where he ensured Go Green had a strong compliance focus. As of September 2022, Roger moved into the Managing Director role.

Jon Mimms

Commercial Director

In May 2005, Jon joined Go Green as Assistant Operations Manager and was appointed to Operations Manager in October 2006. Moving forward, he stepped into the Sales department, and Jon moved into a Senior Account Manager role as of 2009, and successfully progressed to Head of Sales in 2014, closely followed by Sales Director in 2018. In January 2023, he became Commercial Director.

Phoebe Young

People Director

Phoebe joined Go Green in 2015 as Customer Service Advisor before moving into Account Management in January 2017. In 2018 she transitioned into HR as an Administrator, bringing a customer-focused approach to people support. Promoted to HR Manager in 2022, Phoebe became Head of Human Resources in 2023 and as of 2026, now serves as People Director, leading people strategy and culture.

Will Ives

Operations Director 

In June 2017, Will joined as the Sales Assistant Manager. After one year, he progressed to Sales Manager and towards the end of 2019, became Operations Manager to head up the Operational and Account Management Divisions. In September 2022, Will was successfully appointed to Operations Director which included taking on an additional team, our procurement department.

Sabrina Barnett

ESG Director

Sabrina joined Go Green in 2020, and quickly became Sustainability Manager in 2021, after developing our GROWW Framework. Sabrina has grown the function significantly, embedding sustainability across the whole business. After driving environmental, social and governance strategy, Sabrina was appointed to Head of Sustainability in 2023 and further promoted to ESG Director in January 2026. 

 

 

Paul Allen

Sales Director

Paul joined Go Green in 2013 as a Sales Executive, and quickly progressed into a management position in 2014. As the Sales team grew and diversified, he was promoted to Sales Manager in 2016, and then into a senior direct selling role as of 2019. In 2022, Paul took over the Head of Sales role, which oversees Go Green’s BDM team and was then promoted to Sales Director in January 2023.

Sophie Scott

Compliance Director

Sophie joined in 2013 with a strong focus on operational excellence and regulatory standards, and progressed to Head of Operations and Compliance in 2023. As of 2026, Sophie was promoted to Compliance Director, with overall responsibility for compliance across the whole business, leading assurance activity, ensuring consistent standards, risk management and continuous improvements.

Simon Noble

Finance Director

Simon joined Go Green as Finance Director in July 2025, bringing over 30 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors. He ensures financial decisions support the company’s day-to-day obligations and long-term growth, working closely with the management team to keep finance central to business strategy and Go Green’s mission to build a more sustainable future.

Ally Johns

Head of Product & Data

Ally joined Go Green as Head of Product & Data, with her she brings 15 years’ experience aligning technical strategy with business goals. Passionate about automation-led problem solving, she has worked across startups, scale-ups and large organisations. Ally partners with teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions that support our customers and supply chain.

Elliott Woodcock

Head of Procurement

In June 2018, Elliott joined Go Green’s New Sales team, however he found that he had a flare for procurement and in 2019, he moved to work within the Supply Chain department. In May 2020, he was appointed as our Procurement Manager, and since, was promoted to Head of Procurement in March 2023 where he supports Supply Chain relationships and coordinates business procurement.

Andrew Harrison

Head of Supply Chain

Andrew joined Go Green in 2013 as Senior Operations Co-ordinator and moved on to Customer Services Manager in 2015. His role changed to Site Auditor in 2018, his flare to build and maintain relationships with the supply chain was clear to see. Through hard work, Andrew moved to Supply Chain Manager in 2020 and was successfully appointed to Head of Supply Chain in January 2024.

Terri-Anne Carrigan

Head of Customer Service

In July 2012, Terri-Anne joined Go Green; appointed to Framework Manager in 2018 and progressing to Divisional Manager in 2021 and Head of Account Management in March 2023. From January 2026, she transitioned to Head of Customer Service, overseeing customer service and account management operational teams to elevate the customer experience and improve efficiencies. 

Matt Griffiths

Head of Sales

Matt joined Go Green in October 2019 as National Sales Executive. He has since progressed from Business Development Manager in 2021 and Sales Manager in 2025. Promoted to Head of Sales in January 2026, Matt leads the strategic direction, performance management and ongoing development of our sales function, supporting strong customer partnerships.

Steve Taylor

Head of Division – EarthTrack

Steve began his career in waste management in 2007, specialising in waste soils and supporting the construction sector. As of 2026, Steve leads Go Green’s EarthTrack division, enhancing our offering across waste classification, muck away and aggregate supply. Steve focuses on compliant, commercially aligned solutions and sustainable growth for our clients.
