Our Department Heads lead the specialist teams that support Go Green’s day-to-day operations and long-term development. Working across key areas of the business, they help translate strategy into action, maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure our customers, suppliers and people are supported effectively.
Andrew Harrison
Head of Supply Chain
Andrew joined Go Green in 2013 as Senior Operations Co-ordinator and moved on to Customer Services Manager in 2015. His role changed to Site Auditor in 2018, his flare to build and maintain relationships with the supply chain was clear to see. Through hard work, Andrew moved to Supply Chain Manager in 2020 and was successfully appointed to Head of Supply Chain in January 2024.
Terri-Anne Carrigan
Head of Customer Service
In July 2012, Terri-Anne joined Go Green; appointed to Framework Manager in 2018 and progressing to Divisional Manager in 2021 and Head of Account Management in March 2023. From January 2026, she transitioned to Head of Customer Service, overseeing customer service and account management operational teams to elevate the customer experience and improve efficiencies.
Elliott Woodcock
Head of Procurement
In June 2018, Elliott joined Go Green’s New Sales team, however he found that he had a flare for procurement and in 2019, he moved to work within the Supply Chain department. In May 2020, he was appointed as our Procurement Manager, and since, was promoted to Head of Procurement in March 2023 where he supports Supply Chain relationships and coordinates business procurement.
Ally Johns
Head of Product & Data
Ally joined Go Green as Head of Product & Data, with her she brings 15 years’ experience aligning technical strategy with business goals. Passionate about automation-led problem solving, she has worked across startups, scale-ups and large organisations. Ally partners with teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions that support our customers and supply chain.
Matt Griffiths
Head of Sales
Matt joined Go Green in October 2019 as National Sales Executive. He has since progressed from Business Development Manager in 2021 and Sales Manager in 2025. Promoted to Head of Sales in January 2026, Matt leads the strategic direction, performance management and ongoing development of our sales function, supporting strong customer partnerships.
Megan Beall
Head of Contracted Services
Megan joined Go Green in August 2013, moving into Account Management and developing strong account expertise. In 2021, she moved to Assistant Manager for Key Accounts, before becoming Divisional Manager in Account Management in 2022. Megan joined the Contracted Services department in 2025 and was promoted to Head of Contracted Services in June 2026.
Steve Taylor
Head of Division – EarthTrack
Steve began his career in waste management in 2007, specialising in waste soils and supporting the construction sector. As of 2026, Steve leads Go Green’s EarthTrack division, enhancing our offering across waste classification, muck away and aggregate supply. Steve focuses on compliant, commercially aligned solutions and sustainable growth for our clients.
Kesley ODriscoll
Financial Controller
Kesley joined Go Green in 2017, supporting Finance with invoice processing before moving to ledger clerk. She later moved into supervisory and management positions across purchase ledger and credit control, before becoming Finance Manager in 2024. In July 2026, Kesley was appointed Financial Controller, supporting the development of Go Green’s finance function.
