Go Green are proud to shout out about our electric fleet which now totals 11 vehicles. We now have a full EV fleet containing six of our existing Tesla’s and our newest additions, five of the KIA EV6. We were drawn to the KIAs for a few specific reasons, aside from being fully electric, they also:

• Use recycled PET plastic in their construction for the cabin and seats. In total, the equivalent of 107 recycled 500ml plastic bottles are used.
• Use vegan leather for the interiors
• Are certified ‘Carbon Measured’ by the Carbon Trust.

The investment made into our fleet supports Go Green reaching our Net Zero 2030 target, and allows us to continue reducing our carbon emissions. These vehicles are used for site inspections, customer visits and carrying out social value initiatives nationwide.

We have also invested in 2 EV chargers, with 2 charge points each, located at our Head Office. Over the last month we have been phasing in on-site solar power to these chargers to decrease our reliance on the UK grid.
