Independently Verified 2024 GHG Report

June 18th 2026

Go Green is pleased to announce the publication of its latest Greenhouse Gas Report for the 2024 reporting year, independently verified in accordance with ISO 14064-1.

The report provides a transparent account of Go Green’s organisational carbon footprint across relevant Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions categories, covering the period 1 January to 31 December 2024. It follows the previous independent verification of Go Green’s 2018 baseline year, ensuring that future reduction performance is measured against accurate, consistent and robust data.

For the 2024 reporting year, Go Green’s total verified emissions were 397.90 tCO₂e. The report highlights continued progress in reducing direct operational emissions, with Scope 1 emissions falling from 22.91 tCO₂e in the 2018 baseline year to 3.30 tCO₂e in 2024 – an 85.6% reduction. A key contributor to this progress has been the company’s transition away from diesel-powered vehicles, with mobile combustion emissions reducing by 99.4% following the move to a fully electric fleet.

While Scope 2 emissions have increased compared with the baseline year, the report explains that this reflects Go Green’s deliberate electrification strategy and the expansion of its electric fleet from four vehicles in 2018 to seventeen electric vehicles in 2024. This shift represents a structural move away from fossil fuel use and supports the company’s wider decarbonisation pathway.

Go Green’s reporting also reflects its wider environmental commitments, including its Science Based Targets initiative validated targets, ISO 14001 environmental management certification, EcoVadis Silver Medal, and ongoing commitment to publish annual carbon emissions inventories.

Sabrina Barnett, Go Green’s ESG Director, said:

We’re pleased to share our latest Greenhouse Gas Report, which follows on from previously having our baseline year data verified to ensure our reduction performance is based on accurate data.

Independent verification provides confidence that our carbon reporting is complete, transparent and robust, supporting our long-term Net Zero commitments and ongoing focus on data-led environmental governance.”

The publication of the 2024 GHG Report marks another important step in Go Green’s ESG journey, strengthening transparency for customers, suppliers, partners and stakeholders while supporting informed decision-making across the business. Through continued investment in emissions reporting, data quality and operational improvements, Go Green remains focused on reducing its environmental impact and supporting the transition to a lower-carbon future.
