Supply Chain Sustainability School Awards

Yesterday Go Green were delighted to attend the Net Zero Summit with Supply Chain Sustainability School in Coventry. The Go Green team are very familiar with the Supply Chain Sustainability School through training modules that we complete, and we regularly use the platform to benchmark our sustainability achievements. Climate change is the biggest global risk we face, and to attend the day and share the room with so many different businesses, who are all passionate about playing their part in decarbonisation, was remarkable.
Throughout the day we attended panel discussions that covered the Materials Challenge, Talent and Skills, and Science Based Targets; all key topics that enable us to continue developing sustainably within the industry and gave us some food for thought on how we can continue to evolve as a business.
To top off an already incredibly inspiring day, we were thrilled to be awarded as the winner of the ‘Gold Member Award – SME in FM Sector’. It is a great achievement to be recognised by SCSS, and many clients within the industry, and further cements our dedication towards being a business with environmental and social purpose.
Supply Chain Sustainability School has been such an integral resource within our business to monitor our achievements across sustainability goals and enhance our training across teams, and to be recognised by the school is an incredible feeling! With our own ambitious sustainability objectives, we are looking forward to continuing our journey with the school to support us along the way.
